RETURNS POLICY

1. Introduction...

We want you to have a positive shopping experience every time you visit bechalin.com. However, we understand that you may want to return items you have purchased on occasion. This Returns Refunds Policy outlines our terms for accepting returns and issuing refunds on behalf of our sellers for items purchased on bechalin.com. It also specifies the circumstances under which we will not accept returns or issue refunds.

 

2. Return period and acceptance conditions...

Sellers on bechalin.com offer returns for most items within 2 days of delivery; and within 5 days of delivery for Official Store items only, subject to the rules outlined in this Returns Policy. We do not accept returns after the return period has expired for any reason. This has no bearing on your legal rights in relation to the seller. Items purchased from bechalin.com may be returned within the returns period for the reasons listed below.

We will only accept returns of items that are unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them, with their original packaging and seal intact where applicable, unless the item became damaged or defective after reasonable use (as per the manufacturer's guidelines where applicable) during the returns period.

 

3. Items that cannot be returned

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain product categories. We value customer safety, so certain product categories cannot be returned due to health and hygiene concerns, or if they are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. You may only return and receive a refund for these items if you received the incorrect item, a damaged or defective item, or a fake or inauthentic item. If you change your mind, you are not entitled to a refund or return on these product categories.

Customized items are not returnable. We do not accept returns on goods that have been customized, configured, or inscribed to your specifications (for example, personalized engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing). The seller is not required to accept returns unless the items arrive damaged or defective, or are significantly different from what was ordered.

We do not accept returns for damaged items after delivery. We do not accept used or worn items for return unless the item stopped working or became damaged or defective after reasonable use (in accordance with manufacturer guidelines where applicable) during the returns period. Items becoming defective after delivery are not returnable in the following product categories: clothing, sport & fitness, and consumables. If an item is covered by a warranty and becomes damaged or defective during the warranty period, it is covered by the seller's warranty rather than this Returns and Refunds Policy. 4. Packaging returns

When returning an item for any reason, it must be returned in the same condition that you received it from bechalin.com, with all tags and labels attached (e.g., shoes should be returned within the original shoe box; and seals on items such as audio or video recordings or software must not be removed). Returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged in transit.

You must not include any item other than the returned item as received from bechalin.com in the packaging with the returned item. You must completely delete and eliminate any personal data pertaining to you and/or any third party that may be present in an item, as well as de-latch any account that may be latched to the item. bechalin.com will not be held liable for any items mistakenly included in a returned package, or for any data breach caused by a failure to remove personal data from a returned item.

 

5. Refunds

If we accept your return, or if you order but do not receive an item, we will refund your purchase price within the time frame specified on the return timeline.

Once your return is processed, you will be refunded for the full cost of delivery of the returned items if they were incorrect, defective, or damaged.

If the return is not the result of a bechalin.com or seller error (for example, you changed your mind or the size does not fit as expected), you will not be refunded for delivery fees.

 

6. Rejected return and refund requests and forfeiture

On return, all items are inspected to confirm the reasons for the return. If your return request is denied by bechalin.com, you will not receive a refund of the purchase price or delivery fees, and we will make two redelivery attempts within three business days.

If both re-delivery attempts fail, we will immediately notify you that the item will be held for 30 days from the date of the initial notification. Our notification will include information about the pick-up location and hours of operation.

If you do not collect the item within the required time frame, you will forfeit the item, which will become the property of bechalin.com, and bechalin.com will dispose of it in any manner it deems appropriate, such as by sale, charitable donation, recycling, or destruction.

 

7. No exchange

We don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
